This program is for licensed beauty professionals — estheticians, cosmetologists, barbers, medical aestheticians, and skincare nurses — who are already working with clients and want to specialize in advanced acne correction and corrective skincare.
No. This is advanced training for licensed practitioners who already have client experience. If you are still in school or newly licensed, this program is not the right fit yet.
Each week you attend a live 1 to 2 hour Zoom session with Stephanie and a small group of no more than 6 students. Sessions include structured teaching, live case review using real client cases you submit, and direct Q&A. It is intimate, clinical, and focused on application — not theory.
Every student receives 2 private 1:1 strategy calls with Stephanie during the program. Use them for personalized guidance on a specific client case, your treatment approach, or your positioning and pricing. Schedule them anytime during the 12 weeks.
That is exactly what Weeks 2, 5, 8, and 10 address directly. You will learn how to assess Fitzpatrick accurately, how inflammation and PIH behave differently in deeper skin tones, and how to sequence correction safely for Fitzpatrick IV through VI. This program was built with melanated skin at the center — not as an afterthought.
