1. Program Overview
The Skin Correction Formula is a 12-week live advanced mentorship program for licensed beauty professionals offered by Stephanie J., founder of The Formula Skin Lab. By enrolling you agree to the following terms.

2. Eligibility
This program is designed exclusively for licensed beauty professionals including estheticians, cosmetologists, barbers, medical aestheticians, and skincare nurses. By enrolling you confirm that you hold a valid beauty or skincare license. The Formula Skin Lab reserves the right to remove any student who does not meet eligibility requirements without refund.

3. Payment
Full payment or the first installment of the payment plan must be received before access to the program is granted. Payment plan students agree to complete all installments regardless of participation level. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in loss of access to the program and community.

4. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the program content. Students who are unable to attend live sessions will have access to session recordings inside the private student community.

5. Rescheduling
Students who are unable to complete Cohort 1 may request a transfer to a future cohort at the sole discretion of The Formula Skin Lab. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing before the program begins. Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

6. Program Delivery
Live sessions are conducted via Zoom. Session dates and times will be communicated to enrolled students via email and inside the private student community. The Formula Skin Lab reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Students will be notified in advance of any schedule changes.

7. Recordings
Weekly session recordings are made available inside the private student community for enrolled students only. Recordings may not be downloaded, shared, distributed, or reproduced in any form without written permission from The Formula Skin Lab.

8. Intellectual Property
All program content including but not limited to curriculum materials, frameworks, protocols, workbooks, templates, and session recordings are the intellectual property of Stephanie J. and The Formula Skin Lab. Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or teach this content in any form without written permission.

9. Confidentiality
Students agree to maintain confidentiality regarding client cases shared inside the program. Client information shared during live sessions or inside the student community may not be disclosed outside of the program.

10. Results Disclaimer
The Formula Skin Lab does not guarantee specific results from participation in this program. Results depend on individual effort, implementation, and client circumstances. Testimonials and case studies shared are illustrative examples and are not guarantees of similar outcomes.

11. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment inside all program spaces including live sessions and the student community. The Formula Skin Lab reserves the right to remove any student who violates this standard without refund.

12. Private 1:1 Calls
Each enrolled student receives two private strategy calls with Stephanie J. during the program. Calls must be scheduled and completed within the 12-week program period. Unused calls do not carry over after the program ends.

13. Certificate of Advanced Training
Students who complete the program in full will receive a Certificate of Advanced Training from The Formula Skin Lab. Completion requires attendance at a minimum of 10 of the 12 weekly sessions or viewing of session recordings within the program period.

14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from enrollment in this program shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.
